What is our Jewelry made up of?
Orris Jewels is a Fine Sterling Silver Jewelry brand. All our products are made in Pure 925 Sterling Silver, highest quality Cubic Zirconia Stones and 18k Gold Plating.
How is this jewelry different from Fashion jewelry/accessories?
Since our products are made in Pure 925 sterling silver - a fine metal that holds high value and is free of alloys like nickel and zinc; this makes our jewelry anti allergen and is more financially valuable an investment over fashion jewelry.
The use of 18k Gold Plating, and high quality cubic zirconia stones gives it the look and finish of real jewellery, unlike any fashion jewelry.
Do accept returns/exchanges?
Exchange Policy
ORLA is committed to ensure full customer satisfaction concerning the products available on our website & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to exchange the order with the same design.
When can you Exchange?
• In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition or a wrong product was delivered.
• We are happy to offer a 7-day exchange for the product, if it is unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice.
• Please inspect your order after receiving and contact us immediately (within 48 hrs from the time of delivery) if the item is defective or damaged.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
How can you initiate the exchange?
We do not accept returns but to initiate an exchange, please follow these 3 simple steps:
Step 1 - Check:
• Check that the product is unworn and in its original condition.
• Make sure that all original tags and packaging intact.
• Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the exchange.
• Once the quality check is done at our organisation, we will approve from our end if the exchange is possible or not.
• Post the approval, which will be communicated over email or WhatsApp, you can send us the product
Step 2 - Contact:
• Share your Order details at orrisjewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp on 9311621266 for your exchange request along with an unboxing video.
Step 3 - Pack:
• Put the product with original packaging in a box.
• Provide the Invoice in the package for the exchange process. Without the above, exchange will not be processed.
• Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire exchange process to be completed.
Other Vital Information
Colors
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Natural Color-stones
The stone used here is in its most natural form. So, every stone will vary a little in terms of shape, color shade, and pattern, the lines on/in the stone are the texture, and it is not damaged. Few stones might have faded white spots showing that they are in their most natural form and not treated.
Terms and conditions for a valid exchange:
• The product must be in an unworn and brand-new condition. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.
• Exchange is only possible for same product, depending on availability of the product.
• If you are contacting us for exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory.
• You are responsible to send us the product for exchange.
• The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
• The specific product/model is out of stock.
• The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
• The shipping address is not serviceable.

Does this jewelry turn black with time?
Our Jewelry is made in pure 925 sterling silver, a fine metal that is prone to oxidation if not taken care of. All you need to do is take some preventive measures, to keep it looking as good as new!
Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotion, hair sprays and other chemicals.
Few water splashes will be fine, avoid wearing jewelry when bathing or swimming.
Store your jewelry in plastic zip locks that we provide, to avoid contact with moisture laden air.
Clean the jewelry after each use, by wiping it with a soft cloth.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our products are custom made to your required size and plating options and are estimated to require 8-10 days for production. It takes 2-5 days to receive the product from the time of dispatch.
